Simone Spadino is an acclaimed Italian violinist and one of the most promising musicians of his generation. A Grand Prix, First Prize, and Audience Award winner at the 2023 Geneva Junior Music Competition, he currently serves as Guest Professor at the University of Wyoming (USA) and Principal Guest Soloist with several American orchestras, including the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra, Arlington Symphony, and Garland Symphony Orchestra. He is also Concertmaster, Principal Soloist, and Artistic Advisor of the JungeKünsteOrchester.

Spadino studied with Pavel Vernikov, Svetlana Makarova, and Julian Rachlin at prestigious institutions including the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne and the MUK – Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien, graduating with highest honours. He is a prizewinner of over 20 international competitions and has been awarded scholarships by major foundations such as Pro-Canale, Tibor Varga Academy, Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien and Gran Teatro La Fenice.

As a soloist and chamber musician, he has performed in venues including the Musikverein (Vienna), Victoria Hall (Geneva), Teatro Petruzzelli (Bari), Carpenter Hall (Dallas), Auditorium “G. Arvedi” (Cremona), Kaunas State Philharmonic, and Dubai Music Hall, with appearances broadcast by RAI, RTS, ARTE-Concert, and WRR-Classical. In 2025, he will participate in the prestigious Concours International de Violon “Tibor Varga” in Sion.

He has played with the Colorado Chamber Players (Denver, USA), Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra (Kaunas, Lithuania), “Magna Grecia” Symphony Orchestra (Taranto, Italy), “PerosiEnsemble” Chamber Orchestra (Biella, Italy), Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra (Russia), “Orchestra Sinfonica dei 131 Comuni” (Potenza, Italy), and the “Camerata Ducale” Chamber Orchestra (Vercelli, Italy).

Simone has collaborated with renowned musicians and conductors such as Nicola Paszkowski, Juan Carlos Lomónaco, Conrad Van Alphen, Robert Carter Austin, Martynas Staškus, Pavel Vernikov, Svetlana Makarova, Vadim Brodski, Masaya Kamei, Alina Komissarova, Antonello Farulli, and Cristiano Burato.

Simone Spadino plays a Lorenzo Storioni violin (Cremona, 1785) on generous loan from Florian Leonhard Fine Violins, and an "Ex-Volochine" French bow by Mars August Husson (1925).
